We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn footwear or accessories in their original Nine West box and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
